I am sick of "comedians" like Jon Stewart or Bill Maher who feel that they represent the pulse of America with their "holier than thou" attitude. Get off your high horse already.

Shows like Crossfire are not the best in the world, but at least the issues get discussed. If it were up to people like Jon Stewart there would be no debate in the country. It is healthy to have debate during a presidential campaign. He presumes that the un-informed stay glued to Crossfire to formulate an opinion. There are other sources out there (newpapers, magazines, etc.). I think we owe the people the benefit of the doubt that they are not basing their vote on what the hosts of Crossfire says.

Based on the way Jon Stewart spoke on the show, he doesn't sound very informed. In fact, I thought he was going to fall asleep a couple of times during his retarded lecture. I know it takes awhile for a "comedian" of his stature to formulate a political thought when he is on the spot.  

To use a famous liberal phrase, "If you don't like what is on TV, change the channel." If Stewart is so concerned, he can go back his cozy fake anchor chair over on "Comedy" Central and get his knee pads ready for when Kerry shows up again. That seems to be the kind of "master-debater" he likes.
