The guy said he was looking into UFC and PRIDE and getting into the seedyness of steroids use. It is going to be Bloodsport meets Walker Texas Ranger with the name Tekken thrown on it for no reason other than ticket sales.

The movie will prob. go something like this:

John Kazama (Played by a Russel Crowe look-a-like): Hey, Frank we have to go infiltrate that drug ring/illegal fight ring!

Frank Wulong (Played by a Brandon lee look-a-like): Yeah. The evil Mishima crime cartel has terrorized Los Angeles LONG ENOUGH!

Brian Fury: I work for the Mishima crome cartel! I'm going to shoot you!

Josh Mitsu: Ha! I cut off your hand with this sword I found, Brian!

Nina and Anna Williams: Leik, we're totally valley girl twins that, leik, totally want to get naked and snort coke with our boyfriend, Gun Jack!
