contractor of gulf oil companies.

before he died and non of his family member has come
to claim his possession.

I have tried severally to locate his relatives to
claim this funds but it has been unsuccessful, I
decided to track his last name hence I contact you.
The bank management were he deposited this funds want
to confiscate his fund since nobody has come to
inherit this money and his account has been dormant
for a long time. this is why I am contacting you.

You are in the position to inherit the money because
you and Carl are from the same national and have the
same last name. Since nobody has come to claim the
funds, I seek your consent to present you as the next
of kin of the deceased since you have the same last
name so that the proceeds of this account valued at
US$10.5 million dollars can be paid to you.
