Just thought I'd give you guys a bit of info, as my brother works for a company called Merius which is contracted to build for 'Batman Begins'.

The photo's released so far are real in that they show a vehicle that appears in the film. It is not, however, the only vehicle in the film. My bro has been told that this is a military vehicle that is stolen at some point in the film, associated with an arm of Wayne Enterprises. Batman/Bruce Wayne has no vehicle at all for the majority of the film, but realises at some point that he needs one. So he then begins construction of one, and this is shown towards the end of the film.

two other vehicles have been built, one of which is very similar to the car in Batman & Batman Returns, although apparently they have little or no 'gadgets'. The workers haven't been told yet what vehicle is used for what (as there are no bat-symbols).

Finally there is a rumour that Batman Begins will end with a view of Batman standing next to the finished batmobile, which will be the one from the first two movies! I'm not actually certain of that last thing though.

There is also a rumour that, at some point in the film, Batman/Bruce Wayne plays around with a modified Lamborgini Merciolago (bad spelling). Four black lambo's were definately ordered by the production crew, and two have been sent directly to another contractors for 'preparation'...interpret that as you like!!!
