I think that if you asked Jesus into your heart and the Holy Spirit is living in you, then this movie would make more sense to you.  The whole crow pecking out the eye symbolizes satan.  This movie had a lot of demonic forces in it which made it awesome to watch.  So many people think that Jesus wasn't tempted, but it shows through out the whole movie that He was tempted just like you and I.  The whole Satan and baby thing, I would agree that was weird/freaky but to me that symbolized Satan mocking Jesus and the son of God.  Just to encourage you, don't just pick apart the movie as it being stupid, why don't you really think about what these things symbolize instead of mocking everything.
