Yes, but you see, I do not believe in a devil.   I think men can become their own devils, assuredly, but, since I am not a Christian, I don't believe in all of that.   I believe that you do, however, so, for you, I am sure he is real.   Please, let's all discuss things on the same level here.  We were talking about a movie, and I was trying to make the point that Gibson did not adapt this from one of the gospels, but from the fevered brain of a madwoman in the middle ages. People are reacting to this as if he was sent by the almighty to make this film, and I just wanted to say that I disagree with that contention, and that there are glaring inaccuracies in the film.   That Yehoshua was a man of color is indisputable.  That Mr. Gibson's color  is GREEN is also beyond contestation.  Additionally, I can percieve of nothing missing in my life  that the Christian faith will provide.  If it floats your boat, and you have found peace, then the Creator has blessed you.   I have taken the middle way of the Buddha, and the creator has blessed me for it.  I see no difference, but I'm sure you do and will have something to say.  And that's okay too.
