It is amazing to me that many people did not understand the story. So, let me explain. Neo is a computer program designed by the original 'NEO' to lie dormant in the program system until it is needed. The program then manifests itself in the consciousness of a clone and thereby Neo is born. Neo can see the machines only when he loses his sight because incidently, he is a higher evolved program himself - adapt to place his complete program in a human. Agent smith only acquires the skills that Neo has by taking over other and absorbing other programs in the matrix. As Neo begins to understand who he is his abilities manifest itself with his self-awareness. This is an easy movie to understand. This is a taste. veruss4@hotmail.com
