If Jesus was a deluded Jew, don't you think at least ONE of the Twelve Apostles would have found out? Or if He was but a crazy person, why did Eleven of the Twelve die in HIS name? And whats more, why is 1/3 of the world following after this "delusion"?
I think the answer is that maybe He was not deluded, but the world. Why is it that you hate this man? To find a deluded man, you go to an asylum. However, many of Christ's most devote followers (Franciscans, Jesuits, Dominicans, Sisters of Charity, etc) are to be found in Universities, teaching, or on streets, feeding. Why, if this man was but a delusion, did He spur the increasing morality and awareness of sin that spread since 30 AD? I think the only crazy thing Christ ever did was to choose to Love us. Jesus took a big risk to come down here, but it paid off-- He died for you, and rose again!
