First of all William Birken is the main monster in resident evil 2. Ya thats true but he is also known for many other things some people say he is the same person in resident evil the first movie. That wanted to reopened The Hive and put Matt Addison in the Nemesis program. Thats not all if William didn't reopened The Hive. Who did then? And another thing Wesker did inject a virus into himself. They say its the G-Virus not T-Virus. I agree with them too. In the game the T-virus is known to turn people into zombies and some into tyrants or lickers. The fact is the G-Virus is able to return the host(the guy who is infected) back to life but stronger. Like u no the monster in resident evil 2. William Birkens the one who keeps coming back for u with a pipe then claws then SOME REALLY BIG CLAWS AND TEETH. Thats wll i want to point out.
