As of 1400hrs I have taken command of the Federation StarShip
Orion 1304-E.

Following my commands from Federation Chancellor Segmato, we are to go to NeRoc the third Moon of Nemis III. Once there, we have been instructed escort the newly
appointed Vulcan Ambassdor Sarion to the Federation Star Base Alpha 621.  The Federation has received
reports that the Klingons have Birds of Prey stationed arounf Neroc.  The Klingons feel threatened by the possiblity of Federation's acceptance of the Romulans and Ceropians.  If they are accepted, the Klingons will be the only species that has no alliances.  This will cause great fear in the Klingons.  If the Klingons do appear while we are escorting Ambassador Sarion, we will not fire until fired upon.  If needed Federation StarShip Explorean V is 40 minutes away on standby.
