This is just upsetting...

I'm hesitant to call my self a huge star wars fan like I used to. Sadly, that has nothing to do with the movies. I'm sick of the so-called fans, who don't actually seem to be fans.

How can you be a fan of something when you b*tch about it being re-released, b*tch about the content, b*tch about the title, b*tch about the lack of DVD, and then have the cajones and decide you're mighty enough to re-edit the whole thing and distribute it over the internet. Talk about attack of the clones.

And just what is wrong with "Attack of the Clones?"

A: that's probably what the movie is about...

B: the title is still "star wars," AOTC is merely the chapter title...

C: when you think about it, "Star Wars" is a pretty damn cheesy title too, I'd be more intrigued by a film just called "Attack of the Clones" than a film just called "Star Wars"

D: have any of you actually watched the original star wars lately? they are CHEESE. that excited feeling you get is called nostalgia, from when you were young and not-so-fvcking-critical-and-b*tchy. i think the so-called fans are just upset because they grew up, while the new movies still serve the same age. Try going into it like you're 6 again, you won't be disappointed.

I just wish so-called star wars fans didn't feel like they are "owed" something.

The first ones made you happpy, sure, that's wonderful, be greatful for that...the rest might not, hey that's life. but the chapter title sure as hell isn't going to make or break the movie, only your spoiled-brat mentality.
