QUESTION:
Why does everybody from the UK insist on proclaiming it?!?! I don't post a remark and at the end write: "Oh, look at me-- I'm an American! An American! Whoo-hoo!"
(with the exception, of course, of this posting, which I have used merely for illustrative purposes.)
And OF COURSE we're all going to love it! People like me who have nothing better to do than sit around on the net and dissect everybody's comments are going to arrive at the theatre an hour early en masse to get the best possible seating for what looks to be the eye candy flick of the summer.  SO COME OFF IT, WILL YA?!?!?
We're here to discuss MOVIES, not, I repeat, NOT NATIONALITY!!!! That's what the Net is all about: ANONYMITY!!! It's one of the few places people can be without fear of being judged by any of the superficial standards our fickle world has thrust upon them. AND YOU GOTTA GO AND RUIN IT!!! WHY?!?!?!
