Fox Lawyers are trying to shut down a website called whyfiles.org. for being in violation of X-Files copyright.  Yet, it is nothing more then a Science News webpage from a University.  (See following for more information.)

So I wondered, If Fox is so eager to sue people, how would they like it?

When the X-Files first came out I wondered if Marvel would sue Fox because of their X-Men copyrights.

'X' being the unknown factor and Charles Xavier searching out the young people with the Xtra powers from genetic mutations. No different then Scully and Mulder searching out the criminals who all seem to be mutations. But Marvel never pursued Fox, even though the X-Men were created in 1963 and remain Marvels most popular titles.

Not that I think they should have sued Fox.  Only that there were enough similarities to wonder. So I think Fox should leave Marvel and whyfiles.org alone as well as the people who set up fan sites for the Simpsons and X-Files that Fox always tries to shut down.
