If you create this P.E. board just to appease those few members who like to make jokes concerning him (not to mention mysogynistic and racist jokes concerning him), then I think you're going against the purpose of this site. It's not a matter of "oh let's talk about Patrick Ewing" it's just an ongoing joke that people make, more like "let's see how we can comment on this article using Patrick Ewing." What you actually need to do is make all members more responsible for what they post, so that people are not so prone to making irrelevant and offensive comments, whether they concern Patrick Ewing or not.
