Jennifer Garner in Talks for Ricky Gervais Comedy Jennifer Garner is in negotiations to star in the upcoming Ricky Gervais comedy This Side of the Truth, reports Variety. Garner would play a woman who is seduced by Gervais' character in the hyper-realistic film. Okay, there's more to it than that. The film is set in a world where lies don't exist, and the character played by Gervais somehow figures out how to be dishonest.
