We last made mention of a Tekken movie back in August of '04 and boy did you guys go crazy with your cast ideas. Now news reaches us via Variety that the popular PlayStation game is once again up for a cinematic treatment with director Dwight Little at the helm and a script written by Alan McElroy.

Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Dano star in There Will Be Blood, the story of an oil tycoon and the people he'll squash to get what he wants. Not sold? Well, the film is helmed by director-adapter P.T. Anderson and is loosely based on an Upton Sinclair novel. If you're not interested yet, you're hopeless. Click through for interviews with the actors.

If you're a fan of Jim Carrey, Steve Carell, Dr. Seuss, cartoons, trailers that are way too long, or the color orange, you may enjoy the new trailer for the upcoming animated feature Horton Hears a Who, adapted from the good Doctor's story of the same name. The trailer starts out pretty entertaining, but I don't know how it ends because I dozed off. Click through to relieve your insomnia.

The new Dark Knight trailer is live. Come check out a re-imagination of The Joker, done in arguably the way he should always have been played--as a scary, scary man. Heath Ledger's portrayal is interesting, to say the least, and this movie is going to be great. Click through for the trailer.

A trailer for director Peter Berg's new film Hancock has surfaced on The Inter-webs. In this action/comedy Will Smith stars as a homeless and alcoholic superhero who's fallen out of favour with the public. Seeking to resolve this, he hires a PR exec (played by Jason Bateman) to rehabilitate his image. The film also stars Charlize Theron.

Fives minutes of the upcoming Cloverfield, a film about a giant monster or aliens or terrorism or a 50-foot woman or [insert two-bit theory here], has hit the internet, showcasing a Blair Witch-style approach to suspense storytelling. I'll admit it: I'm digging this. Click through to watch the clip and see what you think.

A trailer for super-star, now director George Clooney's romantic comedy set in the world of 1920s football in which the owner of a professional team drafts a straight-laced college sensation, only to watch his new coach fall for his fianc?e. I'd say Mr. Clooney's relationship with the Coen brothers has had an apparent influence on his filmmaking style. I'd watch this one.

My Name is Bruce might be an interesting concept. The tale of a small town that calls on B movie star Bruce Campbell to fight a real monster. This is the second film directed by Bruce Campbell. No one saw his first one The Man with the Screaming Brain. Judging by this trailer, I'm not sure I'm going to see the second. Sorry Bruce.

Director Uwe " Postal" Boll has assembled quite possibly the weirdest cast to headline a fantasy epic: Jason Statham, Leelee Sobieski, Matthew Lillard, Ray Liotta, Burt freakin' Reynolds. That's one of the reasons In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale has made my list of top movies to raise an eyebrow at in 2008. Click through for the trailer!

So, incase nobody is bored of ridiculously dramatic, ancient/fantasy epics, blockbuster director Roland Emmerich ( Stargate, Independence Day) has been working on 10,000 BC for a good amount of time. 10,000 BC is about a man heroic efforts to recover his kidnapped girlfriend and village people from a neighbouring, apparently more technologically advanced tribe. Enter giant furry pachyderms, action and adventure.

The AVPR tidbits are flying fast and furious these last few weeks leading up to the film's release. Producers are so confident they have a hit on their hands, they're showing off the first five minutes of the film online, albeit not in the best quality. Unless this is unauthorized, in which case hurry! Click through to see it.

"There are things in this world that science can't explain." If I had a nickel for every time a movie threw that line at me, I could probably afford to go see Possession, a psychological thriller about a woman whose creepy brother-in-law somehow becomes her husband. Or does he? See, thrilling. It stars Sarah Michelle Gellar and Lee Pace. Click through for the trailer!

There are photos over at Yahoo Movies from the upcoming Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem, which is simply being called AVPR in an attempt to avoid the whole "Is it AliEN or AliENS?" debacle that's bound to trip up anyone excited about this movie. Me? I can't imagine it will be worse than the first one. Click through for the photos.

Wow! Even if the movie ends up being worse than Mariah Carey's Glitter, The Machine Girl trailer is still worth watching. Reminiscent of Rose McGowan?s machine gun leg in Robert Rodriguez? half of Grindhouse, The Machine Girl looks sure to satisfy the most hardcore gratuitous violence and gore fans. But really, with Japanese school girls, Ninjas, Yakuza, flying guillotines, human-parts sushi and a drill bra what is there not to love?

This new poster from Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is pretty cool, people. Mostly because it's so reminiscent of the first three movies and it makes me hopeful that this installment is going to be good. It also makes me all nostalgic for the days when I was considering daring archaeologist as a possible career path. Those were pretty good times. Click through to see it!
