The eleventh Star Trek feature film is in the works, and we've dug up one of the first official pics of the newer, flashier USS Enterprise. Waddaya think Trekkies? Are director J.J. Abrams and co. meeting expectations...? Did they get the proportions right? Engines the right size? What about the nacelles, and the turbo-thrust Prime Directive teleport mufflers? In today's "How Creepy is Tom Cruise REALLY?" newsflash, the AP released an interview with biographer Andrew Morton, whose newish book, Tom Cruise: An Unauthorized Biography claims the dude is second-in-command at Scientology Headquarters and used frozen sperm from L. Ron Hubbard to impregnate Katie?among other things. Click through to link to the interview and other fun stuff.

Legitimate query. So, about halfway through this trailer my eyes crossed and I started thinking about where I'm going to get extra quarters for the laundry. That said, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler lead a cast that features Romany Malco, Greg Kinnear and Maura Tierney, so there's a chance it's good. Click through to watch.

Does anyone below the age of 60 really care about the rather creepy Diane Keaton anymore? I can think of few other Hollywood stars who have stretched such mediocre talent and looks into such a lucrative career. Maybe it's because Keaton does stuff like say the word "fuck" on national television, setting off a "shit"-storm in the walls of the FCC. Click onward to view the clip, which happened while Keaton was promoting her new film, Mad Money, on Good Morning America.

We've all seen those "attractive and hormone fueled youths go out to the woods only to be killed off one by one" genre films. This one however, has a twist. Drugs. Mushrooms to be specific (incase the title didn't clue you off). If you're going to watch Shrooms, remember to suspend-your-disbelief and as the tag-line puts it "Get Ready to Get Wasted."

It's a "chicken or egg" type question, really. Bandwidth sagged yesterday with the news that a Scientology indoctrination video featuring Tom Cruise leaked from the vaults of the L. Ron Hubbard complex in Hollywood and had made its way to YouTube. The video was subsequently pulled from the site, but it's popping up again here and there. Click through to see the light.

Guys, if you don't know what this movie is about, prepare for sympathy pain--prepare to aggressively shield your man parts from some unseen harm, not unlike when you see a video of a guy getting his junk crunched, only 50 times worse. Teeth is about a girl who discovers she is living with vagina dentata. Yes, her crotch has teeth. Literally. Click through for the first five minutes of the film.

Can't see any reason for dusting this tired old horse off other than pure greed. Um, the show ended dudettes? And not in one of those Deadwood-ish kind of ways, where everything was about to get super-bad-ass when suddenly the rug was yanked out from under us, leaving us clamoring for more. No, like a good show should do Sex and the City resolved its dangling plots threads, tied up its loose ends and sent its characters on their merry way. Click through to watch the lame trailer.

The master of re-animating the dead on celluloid George Romero is back at it again, this time it appears he's back to his grass-roots, indie-style which we used to love. Dairy of the Dead is the Romero's fifth zombie flick and made with no big stars, a quick shooting schedule, digital technology and a small budget.

Where in the World Is Osama Bin Laden? has been making waves ever since it came to light that Morgan Spurlock was shooting a documentary in which his goal was to locate Osama Bin Laden. Now Slashfilm has a tip from someone who claims to have seen the documentary, which debuts at Sundance next week. Click through for the details.

Harmony Korine's Mister Lonely is his first film in a long time. It's the story of celebrity impostors falling for each other in an almost magical-realist world. I have the trailer for you all; and it's not even on YouTube yet!

Here's yet another Cloverfield trailer, this time the obligatory 30-second spot for TV. It's amazingly diappointing. I mean I know it's for national television and therefore has to be kind of tame and bland, but if I were watching boob tube and the following spot reared up, I'd be all "B-O-O-O-RING!" and change the channel and maybe catch the flick six months later off an auto-response Netflix recommendation or something. Gus Van Sant's new film Paranoid Park hits me close to home. Not only do I live in Portland, OR and regularly work with several members of the film's crew, I used to be a street kid back when kids actually called O'Bryant Square, "Paranoid Park." I've also spent many hours of my life in skate parks, on freight trains and in train yards.
