In what my prove to be some really bad news for fans of the long-awaited adaptation of The Hobbit and Watchmen movies, the Tolkien Trust has sued New Line over an alleged lack of profit participation in the Lord of the Rings movies and 20th Century Fox is claiming that they purchased the rights to make a Watchmen movie back in the 1980s. Once again, Keanu Reeves is playing a bad-ass cop. This time with that gritty LA feel that director David Ayer (of Training Day fame) does so well. Keanu Reeves stars as a veteran LAPD cop who finds life difficult to navigate after the death of his wife. When evidence implicates him in the execution of a fellow officer, he is forced to question the loyalties of everyone around him using gun fights, rap-music and one-liners.

It's entirely unclear to me as to why Uwe Boll is still making movies. What's even harder to understand is is why the studios continue to give him a budget, produce and release these movies. This the uber-hack director's film follows a special US combat unit is sent out to hunt and kill the Viet Cong soldiers in a man-to-man combat in the endless tunnels underneath the jungle of Vietnam.

Ummmm. Nope, that isn't a typo. I actually wrote Isabella Rossellini Insect Porn. That's because Rossellini got a "bug" up her butt (eh? bug?) and decided the world needed not one, not two, but EIGHT one-minute films featuring hot insect lovin'. Click through for a sneak peek.

It isn't entirely clear what's happening (clever, I know) in M. Night Shyamalan's latest twisty mind-bender, but I have a guess: In the film, the people of New York are given a choice: Watch Lady in the Water once a day for the rest of your lives, or kill yourself right now. Looks like most people didn't have to think too hard about that one. Click through to see for yourself.

Iron Man is one of those rare dudes whose name almost says it all. I say "almost," because his last name isn't "Who flies and shoots rockets at you if you deserve it." What we have here is the Iron Man spot that ran during the Super Bowl, and I'm really starting to look forward to this movie. Click through for the video.

Sarah Silverman shot this little ditty with Matt Damon for boyfriend Jim Kimmel's birthday. This might be Matt Damon's best work since Good Will Hunting. A running gag on Jimmy Kimmel Live has Kimmel ending the show with "Apologies to Matt Damon, we ran out of time," which has resulted in a fake feud and some pretty hilarious skits & sketches.

It's sort of amazing that it's taken so long for a mockumentary about the poker world to hit wide release. And when I saw the cast (Woody Harrelson, Dennis Farina, David Cross, to name a few) for The Grand, and then when I watched the trailer and actually laughed, well, it's feeling a little like the Twilight Zone in here.

Universal has released a set of dueling new poster for the George Clooney directed sports-flick Leatherheads. The first, showing the obvious comical, sportier angle and the other, featuring airbrushed romance and Renee Zellweger. Clearly, the studios are making an effort to appeal to the widest possible audience with this one.

What do you get when plucky little kids get together and try to rule a kingdom of magical talking animals? Cinema gold, that's what. At least, that should be the answer. But if we judge by the first film in the Chronicles of Narnia series, we come to find out that it isn't necessarily a foolproof formula. What kind of world is it where magical talking animals aren't trustworthy entertainment? While I'm contemplating the meaning of it all, check out this new Prince Caspian poster.

Award seasons are boring as all fuck. Fortunately for us, we've got individuals such as crazy-lady, actress Sean Young to liven things up for us. Saturday night security had to eject Young from the Directors Guild of America Awards show on Saturday for heckling hack-artist and filmmaker Julian Schnabel.

From Garth Jennings (director of Hitcherhiker's Guide to the Galaxy) comes this fantastic looking film. Set in an average English town in the 80s, Son of Rambow follows a young boy who is forbidden by his parents to watch TV or movies until he meets the school terror who introduces him to the movie Rambo. An unlikely friendship begins as they begin production on their own piece, Son of Rambow.
