Music Owners? Listening Rights Act of 2000

An important new bill has been introduced to the House of Representatives today.?This new bill, entitled the "Music Owners? Listening Rights Act of 2000" offers amendments to Title 17, of the United States Code "with respect to personal interactive performances of recorded nondramatic musical works, and for other purposes."
