As of the 20th, New Zealand born actor Karl Urban has signed on to play a scientist named John Grimm and British actress Rosamund Pike is now also attached. Polish helmer Andrzej Bartkowiak will direct the feature, which has had a long development history.

The 24-year-old actor was held after po-po found 17.3 grams (just over a ?oz for you pros) of marijuana, Xanax and sleeping pills in a car he was travelling in.
