If this flick is as good as it's trailer pretends it is, we could be in for a solid season of Clooney (see also Clooney's, Good Night and Good Luck). ?Syrianna was written and directed by Stephen Gaghan (wr. Traffic) and looks to be a Traffic for the oil problem in America. ?The flick stars Gerorge Clooney, Matt Damon, Jeffery Wright, and a few others. ?Check it out.

Campbell, who directed "Goldeneye," confirmed to JamesBond007.net that Brosnan was definitely not one of their candidates. He did name the four most likely, however.

There can be many signs that a relationship is destined for failure--purchasing the bride ranks with the most obvious. "Mail Order Wife" is a faux-documentary about a messed-up relationship and the filmmakers who document and, ultimately, become involved with it. The film is written and directed by Andrew Gurland and Huck Botko, who also star as the documentary filmmakers.

CanMag.com (Canadian film magazine) has posted a somewhat detailed description of the first X-Men 3 teaser trailer. An anonymous reader sent in the description, so it could be total bull (or, more likely, it's not bull but a planned leak from a Fox's sneaky PR office looking to turn the tide of geek sadness over the hiring of director Bret Ratner). Superherohype.com has new set pics of Wolverine, Professor X, and Storm.

Actor Nicolas Cage's wife, Alice Kim Cage, gave birth to a baby boy today in New York. Why would we write about that here, you ask? Because the Cages decided to name their child Kal-el, even though he is definitely not from Krypton. That's why. And if making fun of celebrities' awful decisions is wrong, I don't want to be right. Click over for more on baby Kal-el.

Rope Of Silicon has 46 new stills from the upcoming "Aeon Flux." Charlize Theron plays Aeon, the sexy assasin working to free ordinary citizens from the grip of a corrupt totalitarian government. The new images show Aeon in more provocative outfits, which should appease at least some of those purists who are complaining about the live action "Aeon" being nothing like the animated version.

In "The Ringer" Johnny Knoxville plays Steve Barker, a luckless corporate yes-man who can't get a break. ?In order to pay off a debt, Barker decides to rig the Special Olympics by pretending to be, uh, a Special Olympian. I dare you not to laugh guiltily. It should surprise anyone that the movie is produced by the Farrelly brothers.
