Scorsese's DEPARTED Trailer Finally Out Living legend, but crap filmmaker of late, Marty Scorsese (Aviator, Kundun, Mean Streets, Taxi Driver), seems to be going through a bad stint of repeating himself (ala Woody Allen). Let's hope this pic about gangs, crime, men, and family is better than the last (Gangs of NY). De Palma's 1st BLACK DAHLIA Trailer Online! Brian De Palma (Blow Out, Untouchables, Carrie, Scarface, Carlito's Way, Femme Fatale) ?is a nutty film director from the old school. ?He's known for constantly remaking the same damn femme fatale flick over and over, for highly stylized camera and editing tricks, and for always finding a way to include a lesbian sex scene (in this case, involving Hilary Swank) in many of his films. ?Black Dahlia looks to have all the hallmarks of classic De Palma. ?It stars Josh Hartnett, Scarlett Johansson, Hilary Swank, and Mia Kirshner and opens this September. Comic Con '06 SPIDER-MAN 3 Preview Footage!! Over the weekend, Sony strutted out it's prized posession to a huge crowd of eager geeks and discussed what they could about the third film without giving much away.
